Today is a very important day in my life... a new soul mate has entered into my life... Roche.... my new pet dog. He's a 8 month old Morkie, cross between Yorkshire Terrier and a Maltese.... really cute.. This is a photo of him taken on 3 July 2005.... first day he got home... Rayson helped me carry him while I drove Roche home... thanks Rayson.

J'aime Montréal. C'est une belle ville.

It's my 5th day in Montreal, a city of both old and new. It's frigid cold here and I wish I were back home. Otherwise the city is BEAUTIFUL. I only have one complaint though... the doors are not standardised! Some open inward and some outward... confusing and frustrating especially if you want to quickly zip out of the cold into the building.
It's fair today with a highest temperature of only 10 deg C. Most of the day will be about 2 to 6 deg with only the noon hour at 10 deg for a short half an hour or so.
Here are some pictures of me in the hotel I'm staying: Hotel Le St Andre. It's a lovely hotel.
BTW, the city is so french. It's the second largest French city in the world, next to Paris.... Very romantic.... I will visit Montreal again some day... maybe in late spring but definitely not anytime earlier. Chacun parle français mais ils parlent également anglais.
